For independent weight-loss and bariatric clinics

Weight loss advertising with no monthly fee.
We pay for the ads.

Google and Meta have strict rules for weight-loss and prescription-drug ads. We run campaigns built for those rules with our own ad budget, show you every number from ad spend to patients, and bill only on outcomes your state allows.

How we advertise your clinic

Online GLP-1 providers compete on convenience. You have real clinicians that patients can talk to, and, for surgical practices, a one-time option. We make sure the right people find out.

Google Ads for people searching now

Search ads for medical weight loss and weight-loss surgery near your clinic, built around Google's healthcare and prescription-drug policies.

Meta ads for adults near you

Facebook and Instagram ads that follow Meta's weight-loss rules: shown only to adults, with no before-and-after images. We keep trying new ad ideas, always with your approval.

Landing pages without risky claims

Pages that explain your program and make booking easy, without the claims that get ads rejected. Built at no extra cost.

Visibility in AI answers

We measure how often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Search recommend your clinic for weight-loss and GLP-1 questions, then work to make you appear more often.

Reach beyond your city

For procedures people travel for, we map where your recent patients came from, using public reviews, and advertise to people who already plan to travel for care.

Patients at the moment of decision

Comparing medication, programs, and surgery

Many people compare GLP-1 medication, other programs, and surgery. Some are not seeing progress on GLP-1s, or are about to lose coverage. We reach them while they decide.

Blocked by insurance

Some people are below insurer BMI cutoffs. Some cannot wait through an insurance process. Ads that speak to these situations reach them while they are still looking for a way forward.

What the ad platforms require

We tell you before launch what your ads need, so campaigns are not stopped halfway.

Google

Google restricts ads that promote prescription drugs. A program that prescribes them usually needs certification, which for US telehealth starts with LegitScript.

Meta

Meta allows weight-loss ads only for people 18 and older and does not allow before-and-after images or claims about body image.

Claims

Weight-loss claims must be truthful and supported. We keep ads and pages to what your clinic can stand behind.

We show you what we can link to an ad, and what we cannot

Reliably linked

When a visitor clicks an ad, lands on your site, and books or takes a questionnaire, we can reliably link that lead to the ad.

Usually linked

When a visitor clicks an ad, then later searches for you and finds you again, we can usually link that lead to the ad.

Under-reported

When a visitor finds you through Google or ChatGPT without an ad, we typically cannot link that lead to a specific ad. This means we under-report the patients we bring you.

Google or Meta: what is the difference?

We run both. Because we pay for the ads, we move the budget to whichever one brings you results.

Google

Shows your ad to people who are already searching, for example “dentist near me”. It captures demand that already exists. Clicks cost more, but the people who click want the service now. Google Maps and your Business Profile are part of this.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Shows your ad to people who are not searching yet, based on where they live and what they are interested in. It creates demand. It works well for visual treatments, offers, and reminders. Clicks cost less, and fewer of them become bookings. Health ads have stricter rules.

You pay per result. We pay for everything else.

3-month minimum. Nothing is charged monthly.

What counts as a result

It depends on your state and your clinic model. We bill on outcomes that are compliant in your state. Some states allow billing per booked consultation or completed intake; in others, we bill on an earlier step, such as a seminar sign-up or a click.

Questions

Do you work with both medical weight-loss and bariatric surgery practices?
Yes. We work with independent medical weight-loss, GLP-1, and bariatric surgery clinics, and we build campaigns around the services you offer.
Do I need LegitScript certification?
If your ads promote a program that prescribes or sells prescription drugs, Google generally requires certification. We tell you before launch what your ads need.
Do we approve the ads?
Yes. Every ad idea goes to you for approval first, so that we accurately represent your clinic.
Who pays for the ads?
We do. Lore pays all ad spend on Google and Meta. There is no monthly fee and no retainer.
What do I pay for?
Only for results. Before launch, we agree on what counts as a result, such as a booked appointment, and the price of each one. The result depends on your type of business and on what the law allows for it.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 3 months. That gives us time to run early experiments and build a system that works for your business. We do not run a one-size-fits-all playbook, so finding what works takes some iteration. We charge nothing monthly during that time; you pay only for results.
Do I keep my ad accounts?
Yes. Your Google and Meta ad accounts belong to you, before, during, and after we work together.
What else is included?
Google Business Profile work, SEO, AEO, and GEO (so you show up in Google, ChatGPT, and AI answers), and website and landing-page updates. They are part of the service, at no extra cost.

No monthly fee. Our money behind your ads.

Tell us about your business and the customers you want more of.

Terms: Availability depends on your location, licensing, and the payment structures permitted under your state's laws, including laws on fee splitting and patient referrals. We do not charge per patient where that is prohibited. Your agreement defines the 3-month minimum, what counts as a result, its price, attribution, duplicates, cancellations, and no-shows. Advertising does not guarantee appointments, procedures, or revenue. Lore does not provide medical care.
