PPC and ads management

Ads management with no management fee.
We pay for the ads.

We plan, run, and improve your Google and Meta ads with our own ad budget. We take no percentage of ad spend. You pay only for the results we agree on.

When an agency takes a cut of your ad spend, it wins when you spend more

“800 dollars for initial set up and 25 percent of total Google ad spend. […] If my spend were to increase to 10k, they'd be charging me 2500 a month.”
Small-business owner, on Reddit

With Lore: We take no percentage of ad spend. We pay the ad spend, and you pay only for each result we agree on.

“£4000 was my life's savings and I really thought it was going to work. Now I've ran out of money. […] I just feel like I was sold a dream.”
Small business owner who hired a Meta ads agency, on Reddit

With Lore: You pay per result, such as a booked appointment, not per click or per month. No bookings means no bill.

“Put $3k into Instagram ads over three months. […] Zero actual bookings from people in our areas. $3k completely wasted.”
Wellness center owner, on Reddit

With Lore: You never put your own money into ads. We pay for every campaign, so a test that fails costs us, not you.

We only get paid when you do.

Specifics vary by industry. See details below.

What we run for you

Google Ads

Search, Maps, and Local Services Ads for people who are looking for your service right now.

Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram ads for people near you who are not searching yet.

Budget that follows results

Because the budget is ours, we move it to the campaigns that bring results, not to the ones that bill more.

Tracking first

Calls, forms, and bookings tied to the ad that brought them in, so you can check every result.

Ads and landing pages

We write the ads and build or update the pages they send people to, at no extra cost.

Your accounts

Campaigns run in ad accounts in your name. You keep them and everything in them.

Google or Meta: what is the difference?

We run both. Because we pay for the ads, we move the budget to whichever one brings you results.

Google

Shows your ad to people who are already searching, for example “dentist near me”. It captures demand that already exists. Clicks cost more, but the people who click want the service now. Google Maps and your Business Profile are part of this.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Shows your ad to people who are not searching yet, based on where they live and what they are interested in. It creates demand. It works well for visual treatments, offers, and reminders. Clicks cost less, and fewer of them become bookings. Health ads have stricter rules.

You pay per result. We pay for everything else.

3-month minimum. Nothing is charged monthly.

What counts as a result

Usually a booked appointment, a qualified call, or a completed form. We agree on it, and on its price, before launch.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your business

A 30-minute call about your services, your capacity, and the customers you want more of.

  2. Agree on what counts as a result

Together we choose the result you pay for, its price, and how we attribute it to our ads. Nothing starts until you agree.

  3. We launch, pay, and improve

We pay for the ads, run them, and keep improving them. You see the numbers from ad spend to results.

Questions

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. We pay the ad spend. You pay only for each result we agree on.
Which ad platforms do you run?
Google Ads (Search, Maps, and Local Services Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We choose based on how your customers look for you, and move budget to what works.
Can you take over my existing campaigns?
Yes. We can work in your existing accounts, or set up new ones in your name. Either way, the accounts are yours.
Who pays for the ads?
We do. Lore pays all ad spend on Google and Meta. There is no monthly fee and no retainer.
What do I pay for?
Only for results. Before launch, we agree on what counts as a result, such as a booked appointment, and the price of each one. The result depends on your type of business and on what the law allows for it.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 3 months. That gives us time to run early experiments and build a system that works for your business. We do not run a one-size-fits-all playbook, so finding what works takes some iteration. We charge nothing monthly during that time; you pay only for results.
Do I keep my ad accounts?
Yes. Your Google and Meta ad accounts belong to you, before, during, and after we work together.
What else is included?
Google Business Profile work, SEO, AEO, and GEO (so you show up in Google, ChatGPT, and AI answers), and website and landing-page updates. They are part of the service, at no extra cost.

No monthly fee. Our money behind your ads.

Tell us about your business and the customers you want more of.

Terms: Availability depends on your location, your type of business, and whether the proposed advertising and per-result payment arrangement is permitted. Your agreement defines the 3-month minimum, what counts as a result, its price, attribution, duplicates, cancellations, and no-shows. Advertising does not guarantee results or revenue.
