For hair transplant and hair restoration surgeons

Hair transplant advertising with no monthly fee.
We pay for the ads.

Patients are comparing surgeons, at home and abroad, and asking ChatGPT and Google which one to see. We fund your campaigns, show you every number from ad spend to patients, and bill only on outcomes your state allows.

Three ways we help patients discover your practice

Clinics abroad compete on price. You are a surgeon that patients can meet before the procedure. We make sure the right people find out.

Direct-response advertising

Meta and Google ads built around specific needs, for example people who have tried medication for hair loss and want to talk to a surgeon, and people deciding between a surgeon near home and a clinic abroad. We keep trying new ad ideas, always with your approval.

Visibility in AI answers

We measure how often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Search recommend your practice for hair transplant and hair restoration questions. Then we work to make you appear more often, and track progress by repeating the test.

Reach beyond your city

We map where your recent patients came from, using public reviews. Then we advertise to people who already plan to travel for care.

Patients at the moment of decision

Weighing a procedure against medication

Some people have used medication for hair loss and want to know whether a procedure is right for them. A practice that can talk them through both paths meets these patients while they decide.

Comparing clinics, at home and abroad

Hair restoration is usually paid out of pocket, so people compare surgeons and prices, including clinics in other countries. Ads that speak to these situations reach them while they still choose where to go.

We show you what we can link to an ad, and what we cannot

Reliably linked

When a visitor clicks an ad, lands on your site, and books or takes a questionnaire, we can reliably link that lead to the ad.

Usually linked

When a visitor clicks an ad, then later searches for you and finds you again, we can usually link that lead to the ad.

Under-reported

When a visitor finds you through Google or ChatGPT without an ad, we typically cannot link that lead to a specific ad. This means we under-report the patients we bring you.

Google or Meta: what is the difference?

We run both. Because we pay for the ads, we move the budget to whichever one brings you results.

Google

Shows your ad to people who are already searching, for example “dentist near me”. It captures demand that already exists. Clicks cost more, but the people who click want the service now. Google Maps and your Business Profile are part of this.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Shows your ad to people who are not searching yet, based on where they live and what they are interested in. It creates demand. It works well for visual treatments, offers, and reminders. Clicks cost less, and fewer of them become bookings. Health ads have stricter rules.

You pay per result. We pay for everything else.

3-month minimum. Nothing is charged monthly.

What counts as a result

It depends on your state. We bill on outcomes that are compliant in your state. Some states allow billing per booked consultation; in others, we bill on an earlier step, such as a click.

Questions

Do we approve the ads?
Yes. Every ad idea goes to you for approval first, so that we accurately represent your practice.
Do you work on our website too?
Yes. We propose website improvements along with the ads, implement them with your approval, and set up analytics if you do not have them.
Who pays for the ads?
We do. Lore pays all ad spend on Google and Meta. There is no monthly fee and no retainer.
What do I pay for?
Only for results. Before launch, we agree on what counts as a result, such as a booked appointment, and the price of each one. The result depends on your type of business and on what the law allows for it.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 3 months. That gives us time to run early experiments and build a system that works for your business. We do not run a one-size-fits-all playbook, so finding what works takes some iteration. We charge nothing monthly during that time; you pay only for results.
Do I keep my ad accounts?
Yes. Your Google and Meta ad accounts belong to you, before, during, and after we work together.
What else is included?
Google Business Profile work, SEO, AEO, and GEO (so you show up in Google, ChatGPT, and AI answers), and website and landing-page updates. They are part of the service, at no extra cost.

No monthly fee. Our money behind your ads.

Terms: Availability depends on your location, licensing, and the payment structures permitted under your state's laws, including laws on fee splitting and patient referrals. We do not charge per patient where that is prohibited. Your agreement defines the 3-month minimum, what counts as a result, its price, attribution, duplicates, cancellations, and no-shows. Advertising does not guarantee appointments, procedures, or revenue. Lore does not provide medical care.
