What shipped in Lore this week

Lore gained decision graphs, clearer sharing, end-to-end private skill sharing, faster search and Ask, and more reliable ingestion.

We shipped a lot around making Lore faster, clearer, and easier to trust:

  • A new Decisions experience. You can now see decision graphs by teammate, expand decision cards, inspect the threads behind them, and ask Lore questions that better explain where decisions in your team came from.
  • Better sharing visibility. Shared threads now stand out in your sidebar, there's a Shared only filter, and thread and share labels are more accurate depending on who is viewing them.
  • Skill sharing shipped end to end. Skills can now be privately shared, recipients get access pages and invite emails, owners can manage who has access, and visibility badges make the state clearer.
  • Faster, more reliable search and Ask. We made decision search dramatically faster, added person attribution for decisions, removed internal planner jargon from the UI, and tightened the knowledge pipeline behind Ask.
  • More reliable ingestion. OTEL and session uploads now project in the background, avoid duplicate ingestion, preserve transcript order more safely, and avoid database lock waves that caused production slowdowns.
  • Privacy and control. Users now have a self-serve flow to request deletion of their thread data.
