For bariatric surgeons and weight-loss surgery practices

Patients are asking who to trust.
Make your practice the answer.

Lore is a technology company, not a traditional marketing agency. We fund the first campaign, show you every number from ad spend to leads to patients, and let you decide whether to continue.

People compare a one-time surgery with paying for GLP-1 medication indefinitely, and they ask ChatGPT and Google which surgeon to see. We work on both of those moments and show you what happens next.

Talk about your practice

A 20-minute conversation about your procedures, the services you want more of, and the patients you want to reach.

A bright white examination room with an empty exam couch, a step stool, a sink counter, and a tall cabinet.

Three ways we help patients discover your practice

Online GLP-1 providers compete on convenience. You have a real doctor that patients can talk to, and you can perform the surgery. We make sure the right people find out.

Direct-response advertising

Meta and Google ads built around specific needs: people who have stopped seeing progress on GLP-1s, people about to lose GLP-1 coverage, people below insurer BMI cutoffs, and people who cannot wait through an insurance process. We cannot promise that any one idea works. We keep trying new ad ideas for as long as we work together, always with your approval.

Visibility in AI answers

We measure how often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Search recommend your practice for weight-loss surgery and GLP-1 questions, with and without your city in the question. Then we work to make you appear more often. This is an imprecise practice, so we track progress by repeating the test.

Reach beyond your city

We map where your recent patients came from, using public reviews. Then we advertise to people who already plan to travel for care, and make it clear to search engines and AI assistants that you are an option for patients who travel.

Patients at the moment of decision

Weighing surgery against GLP-1 medication

Some people are not seeing progress with GLP-1 medication, or are having a hard time with it. Some are about to lose coverage. A practice that offers both paths, and can perform surgery as a one-time alternative to paying for GLP-1s indefinitely, meets these patients while they decide.

Blocked by insurance

Some people are below insurer BMI cutoffs. Some have a deadline and cannot wait through an insurance process. Ads that speak to these situations reach them while they are still looking for a way forward.

Your practice. Our capital. A shared scoreboard.

  1. Tell us about your practice

We discuss your procedures, the services you want more of, and the markets you want to reach, and we agree on an initial proposal.

  2. Agree on what we track and how we bill

Together we define the numbers we report, from clicks to bookings to patients, and a billing structure permitted in your state.

  3. Launch, measure, and iterate

We get access to your website, analytics, and ad accounts, propose website and ad designs for your approval, run the ads, and iterate for the duration of the trial.

We show you what we can link to an ad, and what we cannot.

You see the numbers from Meta and Google, tied to analytics on your website, so you can see both more visitors and more of those visitors booking. In your CRM, we segment leads by the service they are looking for, so you can confirm they are the patients you want.

  1. We create the ad and choose targeting
  2. People see the ad
  3. People click on the ad
  4. Visitors sign up or take a questionnaire
  5. Leads get qualified
  6. Patient starts treatment

Reliably linked

When a visitor clicks an ad, lands on your site, and books an appointment or takes a questionnaire, we can reliably link that lead to the ad.

Usually linked

When a visitor clicks an ad, then later searches for you and finds you again, we can usually link that lead to the ad.

Under-reported

When a visitor finds you organically from Google or ChatGPT, we typically cannot link that lead to a specific ad. This means we under-report the leads and patients we bring you.

Questions about the partnership

How is Lore paid?

It depends on your state. We bill on outcomes that are compliant in your state. Some states allow billing per booking. In others, it makes sense to charge per click. Either way, we only charge when we deliver value.

Who pays for the advertising during the trial?

Lore does. We cover all the associated costs and the ad spend. This lets us test market conditions at our own expense and find pricing that delivers value for both of us before you pay anything.

What happens if we stop?

We hand over everything we set up, and you owe us nothing for the trial.

Do we approve the ads?

Yes. Every ad idea goes to you for approval first, so that we accurately represent your offerings.

Do you work on our website too?

Yes. We propose website improvements along with the ads, implement them with your approval, and set up analytics if you do not have them.

Partnership terms: Availability depends on your location, licensing, and the billing structures permitted under your state's laws on fee splitting and patient referrals. We do not charge for individual patient referrals where that is prohibited. Your agreement defines the trial, billing, tracked outcomes, attribution, and when fees apply. Advertising does not guarantee consultations, surgeries, or revenue. Lore does not provide medical care.
